Email Verification Guide

Verifying Your Email Address

After creating your account, you'll need to verify your email address to access the platform.

Step 1: Check Your Inbox

• Look for an email from DesignGen (usually arrives within 1-2 minutes)
• Subject line: "Verify your DesignGen Account"

Step 2: Click the Verification Link

• Open the email
• Click the verification link provided
• You'll be redirected back to DesignGen

Troubleshooting Email Verification

Didn't receive the email?

1. Check your spam/junk folder: Sometimes our emails get flagged
2. Verify the email address: We display the email you entered during signup - check for typos
3. Resend the email: Click the "Resend Verification Email" button
4. Wait a few minutes: Email delivery can sometimes be delayed

Entered the wrong email?

• Click "Sign in with a different account"
• Create a new account with the correct email address

Verification Success

Once verified, you'll automatically be redirected to the onboarding process.
