My Orders Section

Access your order history and track current orders through the My Orders tab.

Accessing My Orders

1. Click Profile Icon: Top-right header
2. Select "My Orders": From dropdown menu
3. View Order List: All past and current orders

Order Information

Each order displays:

• Order Number: Unique identifier
• Order Date: When placed
• Status: Current production stage
• Items: Products ordered
• Total: Order amount

Order Status Tracking

Status Stages

1. Processing: Order received and verified
2. Production: Items being created
3. Quality Check: Final inspection
4. Shipping: In transit
5. Delivered: Complete

• Real-time status updates
• Tracking numbers when shipped

Quick Reorder

• Find previous orders easily
• One-click reorder option
• Modify quantities if needed
• Same design, new order

Order Support
