Do you have my exact blank in stock?
We cover Bella Canvas, Comfort Colors, and Gildan staples. Pick the closest match—customers rarely notice the difference between similar blanks.
Can I upload a custom blank?
Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. For now, mockup on the closest garment and keep selling without waiting on photography.
What if I print with non-standard colors?
Mockups use standard colorways. For custom dyes, the render is still close enough for customer previews and approvals.
Can I remove the model and just show the garment?
Yes. Use the Hide View / product-only option for detail shots or wholesale catalogs.

Can I get a mockup without uploading my design to DesignGen?
Not yet. Create or upload your artwork in Create Studio first so Mockup Studio can wrap it to the garment.
Can I download mockups in high resolution?
Yes. Standard export is 1200×1200px for Etsy, Shopify, and social. Pro plans unlock custom sizes.
Can I add text or logos to the mockup?
Edit your art in Create Studio, regenerate the mockup, and the print will update automatically.
How many mockups can I generate per month?
Creator plan includes 30 mockups. Pro users get unlimited sessions.
